The goal of this programme is two-pronged: - to enhance education research among SEAMEO member states and strengthen cross-nation research collaboration and consequently improve the research results utilisation particularly in policy formulation; and
- develop a cadre of professionals who will be catalyst of change in education programme development and delivery, and management and administration of VTET institutions.

SEAVERN Capacity Building on Improved Policy Direction |

Twenty SEAVERN Research Coordinators from eleven SEAMEO member countries have participated in the capacity building programme on Improved Policy Direction in VTET Through Qualitative and Quantitative Research from 4 to 16 June 2007 in Brunei Darussalam. During the programme, the participants refreshed their knowledge and skills in research and developed a research proposal to be implemented in July 2007 through June 2008. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Paryono, the Research Manager/Specialist. |
